Team members are assigned specific jobs and are to meet regularly with their team.

During the school year, staff and student leaders enlist other students to join the teams.

In spring semester, students are encouraged to apply for leadership for the following school year. This involves filling out a simple application, meeting with the nominating committee for an individual interview.
