Several years later he began traveling full-time, preaching at various youth events and summer camps. In 2000, he left for New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary where he met his mentor, developed a more comprehensive theology, developed a passion for God’s glory and the Christ-centered Scriptures.

He has served as Senior Pastor at First Baptist Kenner in New Orleans. He currently serves as the Dean of the Chapel and Assistant Professor of Preaching at New Orleans Baptist Seminary and is the interim Senior Pastor at Temple Baptist Church in Hattiesburg, MS.
