David Platt
David Platt, senior pastor at Brook Hills Church in Birmingham, AL, is deeply devoted to Christ and His Word. His first love in ministry is disciple-making, the simple biblical model of teaching God’s word, mentoring others, and sharing faith. He has traveled extensively to teach the Bible and church leaders throughout the United States and around the world. 
 
A life-long learner, David has earned 2 undergraduate and three advanced degrees. He hopds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Georgia, and a Master of Divinity, Master of Theology, and a Doctor of Philosophy from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
 
  
Michael Kelley
"Michael Kelley lives in Nashville, TN, with his wife, Jana and two children. Michael grew up in Texas before moving to Birmingham, AL to pursue a Master's of Divinity at Beeson Divinity School. Currently, he is an editor for Threads, a division of Lifeway Christian Resources. He is the author of two Bible studies for Threads - The Tough Sayings of Jesus Volume I and II - and speaks throughout the year at retreats and conferences.
 
   
Pearl Merchant
Pearl Merchant gets its name from the book of Matthew. "Again, the kingdom of Heaven is like a merchant looking for fine pearls. When he finds one of great worth, he goes and sells everything he has and buys it." Matthew 13:45-46
 
Based in Lubbock, TX, Pearl Merchant leads hundreds of college students in worship each week. Their desire is to proclaim the good news of Christ through music while leading people of all ages into a meaningful time of worship.
 
 
Marian Jordan
Marian Jordan served as a teacher of Systematic Theology and Biblical Exegesis at Second Baptist School in Houston, Texas, from 2002 to 2007. She recently started her own full-time speaking and teaching ministry and is pursuing a Masters of Arts degree in Biblical Studies from Southwestern Theological Seminary. Marian is the author of Sex in the City…The Rest of the Story.
 
 
Rod Handley
Rod Handley is Founder and President of Character That Counts and is the co-founder of TGIW, Teaching Guys Infinite Wisdom. He is the author of eleven books, including Character Counts—Who’s Counting Yours?, which details how to be accountable to one another. Rod speaks to BCM and FCA groups across the country as well as collegiate and professional football teams. He and wife, Janna, have four children and live in Lee’s Summit, MO.
